SHPP "Slavova" has been commissioned. The construction of the plant lasted for 7 months. It included construction of a power house, installation of 3.5km penstock and an alpine type water catchment. The power plant is connected to the MV grid via a 200m long ground grid connection cable.

Vladimir Tabutov presented the topic "Financing renewable energy projects in the solar and hydro sectors" during the international conference "Financing of renewable investment projects" which took place on 24.03.2010 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The conference was organized by a project of Operational Programme "Regisonal Development" 2007-2013.

Vladimir Tabutov, managing partner at Hydroenergy Company Ltd., took part the seminar "EEA Financial mechanism and Norwegian Cooperation Programm" held in Sofia on 28.05.2009. Hydroenergy Company is an approved beneficiary within the Norwegian Cooperation Programm, where it is entitled to receive a 1.4 MEUR grant for constructing and commissioning a photovoltaic installation (solar park). At the moment we are making solar audit according to regulation ¹16 - 27 from 22.1.2008 near the village of Novo Konomladi, Petrich municipality. Installed meteostation is situated in the close of already built solar park with thin film modules.

MiniSolar park "Muletarovo" is already fact. With nominal power 4,2 kW, the system is roof mounted and is feeding all produced energy into the grid.

Finnaly Kadiitza Ltd. a project company that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hydroenergy Company Ltd. signed with the local Electrical Distribution Company (CEZ) a preliminary contract for connection 2 750 kW photovoltaic /solar/ power plant into the grid.

Hydroenergy Company Ltd. signed a preliminary contract with CEZ Razpredelenie Bulgaria for the connection to the electricity network of a 5 kWp photovoltaic installation MiniSolar park "Muletarovo". In a week we will have another preliminary contract for the connection of 2 750 kWp photovoltaic/solar/ power plant "Karabatak". It will be situated near village Kapatovo, Municipality of Petrich.

After completion of our first photovoltaic system MicroSolar park "Katuntsi" we are ready to install another one near the village of Rupite with 5kWp nominal power. It will be grid-connected and equipped with external sensors and data logger. Such a data-hub installation enables us to provide our clients with detailed evaluation of the potential performance of their future photovoltaic/solar/ power plant.

We received all necessary components for our new photovoltaic system MiniSolar park "Muletarovo". The installation will be equipped with wind speed, insolation, module-temperature and ambient temperature sensors. The modules are polycrystalline and monocrystalline from Conergy, operating with two SB2100 transformless inverters.

The submission of a highly competitive tender application for the rehabilitation of a 110/20kV substation in the town of Kresna lead to the signing of a contract between the Bulgarian Electric System Operator and Hydroenergy Company.

Hydroenergy Company was chosen as a subcontractor for the construction of a distribution pipeline that will supply the town of Blagoevgrad with natural gas.

A new contract was signed with the investor of Solar park "Kadiitza". In its second phase, the project is to expand to a 3 MW phovoltaic power plant. Our main task is to acquire enough land and gain all necessary permits that will authorize the beginning of the construction works.

Hydroenergy Company finalized the sale of Solar park "Kadiitsa". With this deal, we transferred the land and the permit rights of building a 750 kWp phovoltaic power plant to the investor.

Hydroenergy Company Ltd. signed a contract with Electrorazpredelenie-Sofia oblast, the electricity distribution company owned by CEZ which operates the 20 kV grid in the South-west Bulgaria.

This contract is one of the first ones signed in Bulgaria for the connection to the electricity network of a photovoltaic power plant /solar park/ of this size. It proves that the electricity distribution companies, and CEZ in particular, are willing to collaborate with investors in introducing new technological solutions for production of electricity from renewable energy sources /RES/.

Ìunicipality of Petrich issued a project visa for the construction of a photovoltaic/solar/ power plant according to the regulatory plan previously approved by the Municipality of Petrich with Ordinance I-C-342/14.08.2007ã.

As of June 2007, Hydroenergy Company has received a positive Environment Impact Assessment for the construction of a 750 kWp photovoltaic/solar/ power plant in the region of Petrich, south-west Bulgaria.
